Using Cyberstudy is an important tool for volunteers to help learners in their centre. your centre will be enrolled on certain courses so you will need to find out what the learner needs.

From basic IT to financial support, there are different courses for different needs, but first the learner will need to be setup, this is where you help them, and without your support they wouldn't be able to use Cyberstudy.
